On behalf of the Executive Team and Board Members of the HEALTHIER TOGETHER movement, we wish to thank all the partners and volunteers who have helped us accomplish so much together since this collective impact approach emerged from the 2017 St. Clair County Health Summit to become a unique and truly innovative best practice. 

We have enjoyed working alongside you to support so many of your community health projects featured in the Local Stories section of this website.  We look forward to continuing those efforts should more resources and opportunities for partnership emerge this Fall after the County's healthcare partners complete their community health assessment and planning activities. Until then, we will continue to share your stories through this website and provide space to promote your community health activities, meetings and upcoming events through our shared community calendar.
