To make adjustments for the holidays, the next Partnership meeting will be on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 10:00 am. The Partnership’s Executive Committee would like to extend an invitation to the general community to attend the presentation, and the rest of the meeting if they choose. The presentation will start with an introduction to the 5 Mental Health Days for Illinois Students, presented by Tricia Blackard, Asst. Regional Superintendent of Schools in Madison County. Melanie Moore, Mental Health Specialist, Riverbend Head Start and Family Services, will follow with a presentation on Overcoming Childhood Trauma through Relationships. Melanie will talk about the Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Framework and how it is used to advance relationships with each other, students, and their families.
